If a course is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.Substantially completed courses. If you have accessed more than 30% of a course's lessons or downloaded its project files, we may decline the refund or offer a partial one. This protects our instructors' work and is stated here so there are no surprises.How to request a refund. Email info@sitarajo.com from the address you used at purchase, with your order number. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Who processes your payment. Our orders and payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. "Paddle.com" will appear on your card or bank statement rather than SitaraX. You may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net for billing questions.Duplicate and failed charges. Charged twice, or charged for a course you never received access to? Email us and we will refund it in full, regardless of the 7-day window.Your statutory rights.
